Description For DevOps Engineer

Applied Intuition, a leading vehicle software supplier, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their team in building efficient, reliable, and secure systems for managing large-scale workloads on government networks. Founded in 2017, Applied Intuition has become the trusted partner for 18 of the top 20 global automakers, delivering AI-powered ADAS/AD toolchain solutions.

The role focuses on improving the development, deployment, and maintenance of large-scale simulation infrastructure on government networks such as Arcus, SUNet, and Platform One. You'll be working at the forefront of pushing boundaries in standard cluster deployments, ensuring system reliability while maintaining interoperability with various custom autonomy software.

As a DevOps Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and government organizations to ensure operational success across various customer deployments. The position offers the opportunity to take ownership of technical and product decisions, interact directly with users for feedback, and contribute to a dynamic team culture.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, particularly with government networks and cloud infrastructure. Proficiency in shell scripting, Python, and experience with Kubernetes and containerized systems is essential. The role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $400,000 USD annually, reflecting the importance of this position in Applied Intuition's mission to accelerate the adoption of safe and intelligent machines worldwide.

This is an in-office position requiring 5 days per week presence, demonstrating Applied Intuition's commitment to collaborative, hands-on work culture.
