As an IT Operations Engineer, you'll be the IT domain expert across the corporate IT team, responsible for developing and implementing platforms and services across global engineering and operations functions. Responsibilities For IT Operations Engineer

  • Design and build scalable IT infrastructure for rapid growth
  • Support and respond to IT tickets via phone, email, remote access, and onsite support
  • Provide technical assistance for computer systems, networks, software, and hardware
  • Consolidate and standardize asset purchases
  • Design local office expansions and new office buildouts

Requirements For IT Operations Engineer

Linux
  • 3-5+ years in IT operations including system administration
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Okta
  • Experience supporting Linux, Windows, and Mac systems
  • Knowledge of networking designs and operations
  • Experience in deploying, integrating, and administration of SaaS applications
  • Ability to operate in high pressure situations
  • Experience in creating IT processes and procedures
