Description For Systems Engineer

Applied Intuition is seeking a Systems Engineer with an automotive background in ADAS and/or autonomous driving. This role is critical in shaping the technical direction of automotive industry projects. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in system engineering, owning system requirements, testing systems for verification, and designing system requirements in the automotive industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and managing full system-level requirements
  • Architecting system and subsystem requirements
  • Providing clear goals and overseeing timely execution
  • Converting customer needs into system requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with existing standards and regulations
  • Collaborating with verification and validation teams

Requirements:

  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and software engineering
  • Experience with ADAS, autonomous systems, and robotics
  • Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations
  • Experience with requirements validation and verification
  • Strong collaboration skills

Nice to have:

  • Prior work in autonomous vehicles or ADAS
  • Project management and leadership experience in the AV industry
  • Research experience in AV and robotics fields
