The company is seeking a Systems Engineer with 4+ years of experience in complex projects to own the development of requirements and ensure product verification and validation. The role involves collaborating with software developers to shape the technical direction of off-road autonomy features.
Key responsibilities include developing high-quality requirements, decomposing Operational Design Domain elements, creating Verification and Validation strategies, developing test cases and plans, and supporting root cause analysis of issues.
The ideal candidate should have a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Strong mathematical and analytical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are essential.
Additional desirable qualifications include experience with agile systems engineering methodologies, knowledge of Autonomous Vehicles or ADAS, experience with autonomy software products, and familiarity with relevant standards like MIL-STD-882, ISO/PAS 21448, or ISO 26262.
