As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software codes in accordance with requirements and specifications, established or defined quality and performance standards, and within delivery timelines. You may be expected to lead a small team of Software Engineers to work on development projects.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing clean, readable, and maintainable software codes
- Developing unit-testable codes with corresponding unit tests
- Leading a small team of Software Development Engineers if required
- Reducing technical debt through code analysis and refactoring
- Performing software architecture and code reviews
- Participating in effort estimation and process improvement initiatives
- Communicating work progress accurately and timely
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in an agile software development environment
- Significant commercial software development experience in C#.Net, ASP.NET Core & Web API, NHibernate, MongoDB, and MySQL
- Knowledge of React, Angular JS, and Bootstrap
- Familiarity with Entity Framework, NodeJS, Python, and Go is a plus
- Demonstrated ability and experience in leading small development projects
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer
- Develop clean, readable and maintainable software codes

- Reduce technical debt by analyzing code and enhancing through refactoring
- Perform software architecture and code review
- Participate in effort estimation with Scrum Masters and team members
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Communicate work progress accurately and timely
Requirements For Senior Software Engineer
