Application Engineer

As an Application Engineer at Apptronik, you will join a team developing state-of-the-art general-purpose robots designed to operate in human spaces and with human tools. These robots are designed to work alongside humans, mobilize to human spaces, and manipulate the world around them.

Your role will involve supporting humanoid robot deployments worldwide. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our humanoid robots at customer sites. You will work closely with customers to ensure the smooth operation of our robots and provide technical support to address any issues that arise.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Installation and deployment of humanoid robots at customer sites
2. Performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs
3. Troubleshooting technical issues both remotely and on-site
4. Providing technical support and training to customers
5. Maintaining detailed records of service activities
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
7. Participating in field testing and providing feedback for product improvement
