Responsibilities For Field Operations Engineer

  • Providing world class customer service for Arc customers and internal stakeholders
  • Developing robust service standards, processes, and documentation for service trips
  • Creating and managing service BOMs, work instructions, specifications, and tool kits
  • Troubleshooting and dispositioning issues on completed vehicles
  • Prioritizing and project managing service trips for internal and customer vehicles
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to implement feedback
  • Collaborating with sales, delivery, and customer experience teams

Requirements For Field Operations Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
  • 2-3 years of industry experience
  • Experience building and troubleshooting vehicles and/or electromechanical systems
  • Experience interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and/or instructions
  • People-centric mindset
