Description For Manufacturing Engineer

Arc is revolutionizing the marine industry by developing electric watercraft, starting with water sport boats. The company aims to address the limitations of traditional gas-powered boats by creating superior electric alternatives that are more reliable, cost-effective, quieter, and environmentally friendly.

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Arc, you'll join a dynamic team working in their Los Angeles facility. The role combines hands-on engineering with strategic manufacturing planning, requiring both technical expertise and innovative thinking. You'll be instrumental in developing manufacturing processes, providing design feedback, and architecting manufacturing systems for next-generation products.

The company values ownership, empathy, humility, pragmatism, and inclusion, fostering a transparent and high-trust environment. Arc offers competitive compensation ($100,000-$165,000), equity, comprehensive benefits, and the unique opportunity to drive positive environmental change through innovative marine technology.

This position is perfect for someone with battery manufacturing experience who is passionate about clean energy and boating. You'll work with talented teammates, have input across business activities, and contribute to developing industry-defining vehicles. The role offers both technical challenges and the satisfaction of contributing to environmental sustainability.
