As a founding engineer, you'll be tackling crucial challenges like automating our onboarding process, optimizing dental scheduling algorithms, ensuring low-latency performance at scale, and implementing robust multilingual support. Our system handles phone calls non-stop for at least 12 hours daily, requiring exceptional reliability and performance.

The role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact problems with immediate, measurable results. Every day, you'll see the direct impact of your work through successful call handling, appointment scheduling, and revenue generation for dental practices. This creates a tight feedback loop that enables rapid, purposeful development.

We're a YC-funded startup that has quickly scaled from handling a few calls to managing 100% of incoming calls for dental practices across the US and Canada. Our mission is to make generative AI accessible to those who need it most, starting with dental practices where overworked receptionists currently miss a third of incoming calls.
