Responsibilities For VP AD/ ADAS Systems Engineering (m/f/d)
- Lead and oversee research, design, development, simulation, and validation of systems-level software
- Oversee functional analysis for requirements and specifications
- Lead multiple teams in system level design and implementation
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Create overarching system strategy and execution plans
- Develop and implement standards for system-level problem triage
- Manage budgets, schedules, and performance standards for multiple departments
Requirements For VP AD/ ADAS Systems Engineering (m/f/d)
- Master's/PhD Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- 15+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience
- 10+ years of experience in developing and leading AD/ADAS products
- 6+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization
- 6+ years of supervisory experience
- 3+ years of work experience interacting with executive leadership
- 2+ years of working with operating budgets and/or project financials
