Software Architect Specialist

We're seeking an experienced hands-on software architect to lead the definition and design of big data/ML pipelines systems. The position requires someone who can balance high-level architectural vision with practical implementation skills. You'll be working with cutting-edge technologies in autonomous driving and ADAS systems, leveraging deep learning and AI technologies to process petabytes of data.

The role involves creating sophisticated data pipelines for data preparation, automated file selection, auto-labeling, and quality assurance. You'll be working with a diverse tech stack including Python, C++, Bazel, and Docker, while coordinating with teams across multiple locations including Sweden, Romania, US, Germany, and India.

Key responsibilities include architecting scalable software systems, mentoring team members, and ensuring software quality standards. You'll collaborate closely with product management, data scientists, and software engineers to deliver robust solutions that meet our ambitious goals in autonomous driving technology.

The ideal candidate brings 8-10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in distributed systems and ML pipelines. You should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment. Experience with AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies is essential.
