Engineer Who Can Design - EMEA

Ashby is seeking an Engineer Who Can Design for their EMEA team. This senior-level role requires at least 5 years of experience as a full-time frontend engineer or evenly split between frontend and design, with significant contributions to (or leading) design systems. The ideal candidate will tackle challenging design problems, help improve others' designs, and work on expanding and enhancing Ashby's in-house design system.

Key responsibilities include:

• Redesigning mobile web apps based on customer feedback
• Building flexible, composable components for the design system
• Helping other engineers improve their designs
