Principal Product Engineer - Americas

Ashby is seeking a Principal Product Engineer to join their team building an all-in-one recruiting platform. This role offers a unique blend of early-stage and growth-stage startup environments, with the opportunity to work on impactful features used by thousands of daily users from companies like Notion, Linear, Shopify, and Snowflake.

The position requires a versatile engineer who can work across the full stack using TypeScript, Node.js, React, Apollo GraphQL, Postgres, and Redis. You'll have the freedom to own projects end-to-end, from writing product specs to implementing features, with minimal meetings and maximum autonomy.
