Description For Software Engineer - Product Engineering, EMEA

Ashby is seeking a Software Engineer for their Product Engineering team in EMEA. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative software solutions for talent teams, with a focus on end-to-end ownership of projects. As a Product Engineer at Ashby, you'll be involved in all aspects of the development process, from research and product specification to design and implementation.

Key aspects of the role include:

  1. Ownership over a large portion of one of Ashby's products
  2. End-to-end project management, including research, product specs, and wireframing
  3. Working on complex features like automated candidate scheduling and generalized filter architecture
