Description For Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities For Senior QA Engineer
- Collaborate with the product and engineering team to understand user requirements and new software features
- Lead test plan and test strategy for new releases across various products
- Manage and mentor junior QA Engineer
- Develop and execute test plans
- Analyse, interpret, and communicate qualitative and quantitative findings from tests
- Participate in design and code reviews
- Conduct full regression testing
- Analyse test executions and product defects
- Develop and implement automated testing strategies for continuous integration
- Collaborate with customer support to reproduce and troubleshoot production issues
Requirements For Senior QA Engineer
- 5+ years' experience in software quality assurance
- 2+ years' experience testing mobile applications
- 2+ years experience testing Dashboards and Reporting applications
- 2+ years' experience building test plans and test strategies
- 2+ years' demonstrated experience leading a QA team
- Experience using a test management tool (e.g., Testmo, Testomat)
- Experience using a test automation tool (e.g., Selenium)
- Experience performing API testing using Postman (asset)
- Solid understanding of agile processes, SDLC, and CI/CD
- Experience with release management (strong asset)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (asset)
- Experience with SQL (asset)
- Bachelor degree, relevant diploma or demonstrable work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- French oral and written communication skill (asset)
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
