Asso.subsea is seeking a Quality & HSE Engineer to join their RQHSE Division. This role involves supporting all aspects of health, safety, and environmental matters at both Corporate & Project levels. The position requires performing technical and administrative duties under limited supervision, focusing on departmental development, technical procedures, audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the company's QHSE management systems, conducting risk assessments, and interfacing with clients and regulatory bodies. Responsibilities For Quality & HSE Engineer

  • Support Risk, Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (RQHSE) Division
  • Implement RQHSE management system requirements and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with legislation for plant, equipment, and offshore activities
  • Conduct audits/inspections onshore and offshore
  • Promote occupational health & safety within organization
  • Organize training sessions on QHSE practices
  • Coordinate emergency procedures and drills
  • Interface with customers and external bodies
  • Assist in accident investigations
  • Develop RQHSE policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments
  • Prepare and maintain documentation
  • Participate in project-specific RQHSE activities

Requirements For Quality & HSE Engineer

  • Higher University or Technical Institute degree in engineering or technical related field
  • 0-2 years related experience in Technical and/or QHSE Department
  • Sound knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001 compliant management systems
  • Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in English language
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of marine management systems (ISM/ISPS/MLC) considered as extra skills
  • Academic title or professional certification in quality management systems considered as extra skills
