Product Solutions Engineer

Assured is seeking a skilled Product Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between their product engineering team, client engagement team, and clients. This role is crucial for delivering a seamless customer experience by providing technical expertise, supporting product customization, and ensuring successful implementation of solutions. The ideal candidate will work directly with clients to design, configure, and implement product solutions, provide in-depth technical support, act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, conduct technical discovery sessions, and develop a deep understanding of the product's features.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing tailored product solutions
• Providing technical support during and after implementation
• Sharing customer feedback and suggesting product improvements
• Conducting technical discovery sessions
• Advising clients on best solutions and assisting with integration

Requirements:

• Experience as a software engineer in a fast-growing startup environment (preferably SaaS or B2B)
• Proficiency in Typescript, React, and Node, with familiarity with APIs
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing issues and providing solutions
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Commitment to delivering positive customer experiences
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
