The Radio Hardware Engineer — Associate Program position is designed for students who have already received a bachelor's degree or will have done so before working at Astranis. This 12-week salaried role offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects of equal importance and difficulty to those given to full-time employees. Past Associate Engineers have designed and tested hardware/software now flying on Astranis' first satellite, and many now work at Astranis full-time.

Requirements include a passion for hardware development, demonstrated ability to design, build, and test PCBA hardware from scratch, and a solid EE foundation in areas such as analog design, digital design, mixed-signal design, and RF design. US Citizenship or Green Card is required.
Bonus qualifications include experience with software-defined radios, PCB design software, analysis software, Python or similar programming languages, soldering and rework, and EE lab bench equipment.
The base salary for this position is $1750 per week.
