Description For Airflow Reliability Engineer

Astronomer is seeking an Airflow Reliability Engineer to join their Customer Reliability Engineering (CRE) team. This role offers a unique opportunity to become an Apache Airflow expert while working directly with customers on their managed Airflow service. The position combines technical expertise with customer support, requiring strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

As part of a globally-distributed, venture-backed team, you'll be at the forefront of helping organizations implement mission-critical analytics and AI solutions. The role involves working with sophisticated cloud-native products, connecting to various systems, and providing high-level technical support to customers.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of professional experience, strong Python skills, and experience with Kubernetes and cloud providers. You'll spend most of your time solving complex Airflow problems for customers, with up to 25% dedicated to side projects that contribute to Astronomer's success.

Responsibilities For Airflow Reliability Engineer

  • Provide Apache Airflow expertise to customers

Requirements For Airflow Reliability Engineer
