Astronomer, the company behind the industry-leading unified DataOps platform Astro powered by Apache Airflow®, is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to join their observability team. This role focuses on Astro Observe, a critical component of their expansion strategy.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment, where you'll be instrumental in designing and implementing observability features that help customers gain better visibility into their data pipelines and products. The role requires 1-5 years of engineering experience, with strong expertise in Golang and Python.

As part of the R&D team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and implement solutions that enhance platform usability, reliability, and scalability.
