Astronomer is seeking a Customer Reliability Engineer specializing in infrastructure to join their globally-distributed team. This role focuses on ensuring the success of customers using their managed Airflow service. As an infrastructure specialist, you'll become an expert in Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
The position requires working from 9AM-3PM Eastern US time Monday to Friday, with flexible remaining hours. You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining the platform's reliability, working directly with customers, and participating in on-call rotations. The role offers opportunities to work on side projects, contribute to open-source Airflow, and develop internal monitoring systems.
