Customer Reliability Engineer - Infra

Astronomer is seeking a Customer Reliability Engineer (CRE) to join their globally-distributed team. This role focuses on ensuring the success of customers using their managed Airflow service. As an infrastructure specialist, you'll become an expert in Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The position requires working 9AM-3PM Eastern US time Monday to Friday, with flexible remaining hours.

The ideal candidate will have a deep desire to master new technologies and a background in infrastructure management. You'll be responsible for maintaining platform reliability, working directly with customers, and contributing to the company's growth through various side projects. Astronomer offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 plus equity, and embraces remote work culture.
