  • Implement Astronomer's software and services in core business operations
  • Guide largest and most complex customers in Apache Airflow journeys
  • Act as core interface between Customer, Sales, and Product
  • Ensure platform solutions solve pain points and bring value to customers

Requirements For Field Engineer, SWAT

  • Strong Kubernetes experience (GKE/EKS/AKS or OpenShift preferred)
  • Expertise in at least one programming language
  • Good understanding of network complexities and architectures
  • Versatile Terminal and CLI user experience
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting distributed systems
  • Experience with complex SaaS infrastructure at scale
  • Experience with major cloud provider API/tooling
  • Ability to read code
  • Work effectively with git
