Presales Engineer, Data Engineering (APAC)

Astronomer, creator of Astro, is seeking a Presales Engineer to join their globally-distributed team. This role focuses on the APAC region, working from their Hyderabad office in a hybrid model (3 days/week in office). The position involves being a crucial technical advisor to clients, helping them implement effective data workflows using Apache Airflow.

The ideal candidate will work during APAC hours (7 am IST to 4 pm IST) and will be responsible for designing proof-of-concept solutions, conducting technical demos, and contributing to the Apache Airflow community. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, requiring both strong data engineering knowledge and excellent communication skills.
