Senior Customer Reliability Engineer, Infrastructure

Astronomer is seeking a Senior Customer Reliability Engineer to join their Infrastructure team. This role is crucial in ensuring the success of customers using their managed Airflow service. The position focuses on maintaining and optimizing cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters, with direct customer interaction and problem-solving responsibilities. The role requires working from 12PM to 6PM PST, Monday to Friday, with flexible remaining hours. You'll be responsible for monitoring system health, responding to incidents, and implementing permanent solutions to ensure platform reliability. As part of the Customer Reliability Engineering (CRE) team, you'll have unlimited potential to improve product reliability and customer outcomes.
