Solutions Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure

Astronomer, the company behind Astro, an industry-leading DataOps platform powered by Airflow, is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Solutions Engineer to join their globally-distributed team. This role focuses on supporting strategic private-cloud customers in implementing and optimizing Astronomer's Airflow-based solutions. The position requires working from the Hyderabad office at least 3 days per week in a hybrid model.

The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, ensuring customers maximize their Astronomer investment. Core responsibilities include supporting on-premise installations, implementing monitoring solutions, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and serving as a technical liaison between customers and the product team. The role requires extensive Kubernetes expertise, strong cloud platform knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
