Solutions Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure

Astronomer is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Solutions Engineer to work with their most strategic private-cloud customers. This role involves helping customers adopt and maximize value from Astronomer's offerings for deploying and managing Apache Airflow clusters. The position requires a blend of technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, particularly Kubernetes, and strong customer-facing skills.

The role operates on a hybrid work model, requiring at least 3 days per week in the Hyderabad office. You'll be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring customers extract maximum value from their Astronomer investment. This includes handling installations, infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of customer environments.
