Senior Data Infrastructure Engineer (Internal Applicants Only)

ASUS Robotics & AI Center is seeking an experienced Senior Data Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Taipei. This internal position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the data infrastructure of large-scale systems in robotics and AI applications. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring expertise in data engineering, system architecture, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data infrastructure solutions, evaluating and selecting appropriate frameworks for data science and big data processing, and establishing best practices for data management across the organization. You'll lead cross-functional teams, collaborate on architectural decisions, and drive innovation in our data systems.

We're looking for someone with advanced education in a technical field and substantial industry experience, particularly in data engineering and operations. Your expertise should span SQL and noSQL databases, data warehouses, data lakes, and both batch and stream processing. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are essential.
