Lead Software Engineer

Atmana is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our team. We help millennials cut down on technology addictions like gaming, pornography, and social media. As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and maintaining our backend systems at scale.

About the Role:

• 5-8 years of experience as a backend engineer
• Experience in managing the backend of a product at scale
• Expertise in designing backend systems with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and security
• Knowledge of AWS tools for setting up, scaling, and monitoring servers
• Basic knowledge of DevOps

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain all backend systems to work optimally at scale
• Act as a technical lead on projects, planning and estimating timelines
• Mentor junior engineers and help them complete development on time
• Set up processes to ensure a well-structured codebase
• Work on reducing technical debt systematically
• Develop high-performing and scalable solutions to user problems
• Be open to working on MVPs on multiple platforms to test potential markets
