Description For Integration & Test Engineer

Auria, a leading provider of space and cybersecurity solutions, is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer for their Colorado Springs location. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 and focuses on developing and testing the Enterprise Management and Control (EM&C) system.

The position requires a seasoned professional with at least 6 years of experience or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience, along with a current U.S. Government SECRET security clearance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of various software components within the EM&C architecture, performing both manual and automated testing, and maintaining system quality.

Responsibilities For Integration & Test Engineer

  • Design, implement, and maintain manual and automated tests
  • Execute manual and automated tests to ensure integrated systems function properly
  • Identify technical debt, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
  • Produce essential system documentation
  • Participate in Scrum/Agile processes
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements For Integration & Test Engineer

  • Current U.S. Government SECRET security clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship)
  • Experience with development process, debugging, testing, and integration tools (Postman, SoapUI, Selenium)
  • Experience with API development, enterprise systems, databases, and cloud platforms
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create clear system documentation
  • Familiarity with DOD space systems and subsystems
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with M.S. Office Products
  • Bachelor's degree and six or more years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with three years of experience
