Description For Integration & Test Engineer

Auria, a leading provider of space and cybersecurity solutions, is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer to join their team in Colorado Springs, CO. This hybrid role focuses on developing and testing the Enterprise Management and Control (EM&C) system, requiring a blend of technical expertise and security clearance.

The position offers an attractive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 and comes with comprehensive benefits including medical insurance, 401(k) matching, and educational assistance. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience, along with a current U.S. Government SECRET security clearance.

As an Integration and Test Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring different software components work seamlessly within the EM&C architecture. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing automated tests, troubleshooting integration issues, and maintaining system documentation. You'll work with tools like Postman, SoapUI, and Selenium, and be involved in API development and enterprise systems.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with DOD space systems, and excellent communication abilities. You'll be part of an Agile/Scrum team, contributing to collaborative development cycles and working with interdisciplinary teams across multiple locations including Boulder, Washington DC, Huntsville, and others.

Responsibilities For Integration & Test Engineer

  • Design, implement, and maintain manual and automated tests
  • Execute manual and automated tests to ensure integrated systems function properly
  • Identify technical debt, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
  • Produce essential system documentation
  • Participate in Scrum/Agile processes
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements For Integration & Test Engineer

  • Current U.S. Government SECRET security clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship)
  • Experience with development process, debugging, testing, and integration tools (Postman, SoapUI, Selenium)
  • Experience with API development, enterprise systems, databases, and cloud platforms
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create clear system documentation
  • Familiarity with DOD space systems and subsystems
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with M.S. Office Products
  • Bachelor's degree and six or more years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with three years of experience
