Responsibilities For PKI Engineer

  • Design, plan, implement, and maintain digital code signing
  • Manage certificate enrollment, renewal, and revocation processes
  • Ensure security and integrity of PKI environment
  • Monitor and troubleshoot PKI and Active Directory Certificate Services
  • Support application code integrity and secure SDLC activities
  • Develop and maintain technical and cyber infrastructure for certificate management
  • Implement security measures for unauthorized access prevention
  • Work independently on large projects and collaborate in team environment

Requirements For PKI Engineer

Linux
  • Current/active DoD issued SECRET security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 8 years experience, or Master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years, or 12 years experience
  • DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level III or higher
  • Experience with Linux/Unix, Windows, scripting
  • Understanding of X.509 Certificate Management Standards
  • Understanding of NIST 800-57 and CNS 1300 PKI Standards
  • 5-7 years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services and PKI technologies
