Description For Principal System Integration Engineer

Auria is seeking a Principal System Integration Engineer for their Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs. This leadership role involves managing system integration teams, conducting testing and analysis of complex defense systems, and working with cutting-edge technology in space and cybersecurity domains.

Responsibilities For Principal System Integration Engineer

  • Lead a group of system integrators
  • Plan and conduct system integration activities
  • Support program iteration planning
  • Manage resource allocation
  • Coordinate development and execution of test plans
  • Execute test of network devices' communication paths
  • Create and track Problem Reports
  • Conduct testing and analysis of hardware, software, and algorithms
  • Integrate and troubleshoot test and operational systems
  • Plan and lead integration tests with external elements and sensors

Requirements For Principal System Integration Engineer

Linux
  • Current/active DoD issued SECRET security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 12 years experience, or Master's with 10 years, or PhD with 8 years
  • Juniper or Cisco certifications (JNCIA/JNCIP or CCNA/CCNP)
  • DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher
  • Knowledge of Network Transport, Management, and Security
  • Experience with Cisco or Juniper WAN and LAN hardware
  • Proficiency in Windows and Unix/Linux
  • Experience with network monitoring tools
  • Expertise in network management systems and firewall functions
  • Experience with virtual environments (VMware, vSphere)
