Auria, a leading provider of space and national security solutions, is seeking a Software Developer to support the Wideband Global Satellite Communications (SATCOM) program. This role focuses on developing and maintaining critical software systems for the WGS F11 Global SATCOM Configuration Control Element (GSCCE).

As a Software Developer, you'll be responsible for developing, deploying, and testing software using Java and JavaScript, working within an Agile framework. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including system engineers, testers, and support personnel to ensure project success.
The role requires strong technical expertise in Java programming, object-oriented principles, and experience with modern technologies like Docker and microservices. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of software development experience and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities For Software Developer
- Developing, deploying, and testing software using Java and/or JavaScript based on tasks assigned through the Agile workflows
- Work closely with system engineers, testers, and on-site user support personnel
- Maintaining and managing the implementation of external and internal interfaces
Requirements For Software Developer
- BS/BA and 4+ years Software development experience
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET security clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship)
- Proficient in Java Programming language and understands object-oriented programming principals
- Proficient with software and system-level debugging experience
- Experience with Rancher for managing Docker containers and microservices
- Experience with Agile Development Processes and tools
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
