Auria is seeking Software Test Engineers to support the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program. As a member of the Regional Applications Agile Release Train (ART) of the Missile Defense National Team, you'll participate in software design and peer reviews, develop test specifications and infrastructure, execute manual and automated tests, and perform analysis of C2BMC implementation.
The role requires experience in testing and evaluating software-intensive systems using Agile development methodologies. You'll work with DoD test methodologies, perform functional capability-related test/analysis planning and execution, and conduct test data collection, analysis, and reporting. The position involves characterizing system performance, software or component performance using quantitative methods, and contributing to performance assessments.
Key responsibilities include coordinating lab resources, test results, and verification status with the C2BMC program and customers. You'll also be expected to lead the team and assist Junior Engineers with problem-solving. The role may involve occasional travel between Colorado Springs and Huntsville, AL.
Qualifications include an active SECRET clearance, DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher, and experience with automated testing frameworks, GIT, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and representation of test perspectives to various stakeholders.
