System Engineer - SATCOM SME

Auria is seeking a Systems Engineer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Department of Defense (DoD) military satellite communication to support their Enterprise Management & Control (EM&C) program. This senior-level position combines deep technical expertise in satellite communications with systems engineering leadership.

The role is based in Colorado Springs and requires extensive experience in DoD MILSATCOM operations, including wideband, narrowband, protected, or DoD commercial SATCOM systems. The successful candidate will lead technical efforts and provide domain expertise in military satellite communications, working with various stakeholders to design, integrate, and enhance mission-critical systems.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $94,000 - $150,000, based on qualifications and experience level. Candidates should have at least 7 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years with a Master's degree. The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain security clearance.
