System Engineer Team Lead

Auria is seeking a System Engineer Team Lead to join their Strategic and Defense Solutions division. This is a senior-level position requiring extensive experience in systems engineering and team leadership. The role demands US citizenship due to work on government contracts and requires an active security clearance. The position is available in either Colorado Springs or Huntsville locations, with some travel requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering, demonstrated leadership abilities, and experience with government defense projects. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred, along with active security clearance (Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI).

This is an in-person role that may require travel, and the successful candidate must be willing to work on-site at either the Colorado Springs or Huntsville location. The position offers the opportunity to work on critical defense projects while leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
