Description For Test Engineer Lead

Auria, a distinguished provider of solutions and software for Space, National Security, and Cyber missions, is seeking a Test Engineer Lead for their Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program in Colorado Springs. This role offers a competitive salary range of $153,000 - $170,000 and comes with comprehensive benefits.

The position requires a seasoned professional with at least 12 years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) and demands an active TS/SCI security clearance. As the Test & FQT Lead, you'll be responsible for providing crucial leadership in test execution, planning, and reporting for all Global Test Events.

Your role will involve close collaboration with government customers, particularly in supporting the MDA's Integrated Master Test Plan. You'll be responsible for establishing and coordinating test teams, managing lab resources, and overseeing all test-related documentation and artifacts. The position requires excellent technical expertise in command and control systems and proven experience with large-scale DoD or Missile Defense Agency systems.

Responsibilities For Test Engineer Lead

  • Provide leadership to Test and Analysis teams during Global Test Events
  • Work with government customer on MDA's Integrated Master Test Plan
  • Establish test teams and coordinate with lab managers and operations groups
  • Review and approve test artifacts, plans, reports, and configuration items
  • Provide oversight of Data Management group
  • Serve as technical advisor to Global EPM and TO60 Solution Chief
  • Support proposal activities
  • Plan, execute, and report MDS ground and flight tests

Requirements For Test Engineer Lead

  • Current active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 12 years experience, or Master's with 10 years, or PhD with 8 years, or 16 years experience
  • Proven integration and test experience on large-scale DoD or Missile Defense Agency systems
  • Understanding of command and control concepts
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Extensive Test Background in C2BMC Testing Lifecycle
  • Experience in project management and Systems Engineering
