Auria, a leading provider of Space, National Security, and Cyber mission solutions, is seeking a Test Engineer 4 (X-Lab Test Director) for their C2BMC program. Based at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, this role involves organizing and participating in Flight and Ground Tests, managing test resources, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
The position requires a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in systems engineering and integration. You'll be responsible for integrating X-Lab prototypes into MDA tests, maintaining configuration management, and serving as a liaison between different test participants. The role demands expertise in missile defense systems and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities For X-Lab Test Engineer
- Integrate X-Lab prototypes into MDA test
- Coordinate with project leads and understand prototype involvement
- Maintain configuration management of lab machines
- Serve as liaison to C2BMC test participants
- Develop and maintain test architecture
- Lead portions of activity and direct fellow engineers
- Write and implement engineering plans
Requirements For X-Lab Test Engineer
- Current/active in-scope DoD issued SECRET security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 8 years experience, or Master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years, or 12 years experience
- Experience planning and managing flight, ground test, and Warfighter events
- Experience with C2BMC system operation and configuration
- Experience with missile defense systems
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Experience working in integrated team environment
