Junior Solutions Engineer

Authorium is seeking a Junior Solutions Engineer to join their innovative team focused on transforming government document processes. This role sits at the intersection of technical implementation and client success, working with government executives to modernize their manual document workflows.

The position requires 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS or equivalent education, making it ideal for those early in their technical careers. As a Junior Solutions Engineer, you'll be responsible for configuring the Authorium platform, converting and implementing Microsoft Word documents while preserving their integrity, and applying business logic to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000-$78,000 with excellent benefits including 100% employer-funded medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible PTO, and a 401K with profit sharing. The position follows a hybrid work model for those near hub cities (San Francisco, Sacramento, and Washington, D.C.), with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday.
