We're seeking an AI-Driven Innovation Engineer for an exciting project focused on the US market. This unique role combines AI expertise with full-stack development skills to drive proof-of-concept solutions. The position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape the future of software QA in a rapidly growing global market worth over $1 trillion.

Responsibilities For AI-Driven Innovation Engineer
- Independently design, develop, and deploy proof-of-concept (POC) solutions leveraging AI technologies
- Rapidly iterate on POCs based on feedback and market demands
- Explore and evaluate various AI/ML frameworks, tools, and platforms
- Develop full-stack components for POCs, including frontend, backend, and database integration
- Drive the identification of key challenges, and propose innovative solutions
- Communicate technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI
- Proactively identify opportunities to apply AI to solve complex problems
- Mentor more junior department members
Requirements For AI-Driven Innovation Engineer
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience applying AI to real-world problems
- Proven ability to independently deliver working proof-of-concept solutions
- Experience with modern web development technologies (e.g., Typescript, React, Node.js)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work autonomously
