Responsibilities For Happiness Engineer

  • Work as part of global team with independence and accountability
  • Assist customers via email, live chat, voice, and video calls
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and educational walkthroughs
  • Conduct consultative sales calls with agencies
  • Problem-solve, troubleshoot, and test products
  • Proactively recommend solutions for customer success
  • Provide weekend and holiday coverage occasionally

Requirements For Happiness Engineer

PHP

  • Deep experience in technical support, engineering and/or customer success
  • Fluent English writing and speaking skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to establish rapport
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn
  • Experience with WordPress (preferred)
  • Experience with eCommerce or setting up business (bonus)
  • Experience with PHP, CSS, JS, and HTML (preferred)
