Description For IT Support Engineer

Join AutoScout24 Group, the leading online marketplace for automotive sales in Europe. We're a dynamic, innovative company constantly evolving to meet customer needs. As part of our Employee Technology team, you'll support over 1200 colleagues across 19 European sites, managing state-of-the-art IT ecosystems and providing technical support.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support to employees across the EU
  • Administrating and supporting IT ecosystems (end-user devices, SaaS, unified communication, meeting rooms)
  • Managing the lifecycle of IT assets and maintaining asset management systems
  • Preparing equipment and onboarding new employees
  • Collaborating with manufacturers on warranty cases
  • Supporting internal events, both online and in-person

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in Windows & macOS enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of client management tools (Jamf, Intune)
  • Familiarity with M365, Azure AD, and Okta
  • Experience with Active Directory and Exchange
  • Proficiency in English (German is a plus)
  • Proactive approach and excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Desire for continuous learning and growth
