As part of our Employee Technology team, you'll support over 1200 colleagues across 19 European sites, managing state-of-the-art IT ecosystems and providing technical support.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support to employees across the EU
- Administrating and supporting IT ecosystems (end-user devices, SaaS, unified communication, meeting rooms)
- Managing the lifecycle of IT assets and maintaining asset management systems
- Preparing equipment and onboarding new employees
- Collaborating with manufacturers on warranty cases
- Supporting internal events, both online and in-person
We're looking for candidates with:
- Experience in Windows & macOS enterprise environments
- Knowledge of client management tools (Jamf, Intune)
- Familiarity with M365, Azure AD, and Okta
- Experience with Active Directory and Exchange
- Proficiency in English (German is a plus)
- Proactive approach and excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Desire for continuous learning and growth
