Responsibilities For Pilot Plant Engineer

  • Aid and oversee plant engineering and construction with partners
  • Prepare Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs, mass and energy balances
  • Assess process implementation using Excel, Aspen, Matlab
  • Supervise plant operation and set operational strategies
  • Analyze plant operational data to improve performance
  • Develop strategies for future plant improvements
  • Maximize uptime of demonstration plants

Requirements For Pilot Plant Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Process or Chemical Engineering
  • 7+ years of professional experience in plant operation and data analysis
  • Detail-oriented work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Effective communication and goal-driven problem-solving skills
  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity and building new systems
