Senior Software Engineer - Backend

Avoma, a venture-funded early-stage startup with 900+ paid customers, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their backend team. The role focuses on building and maintaining the server-side of their intelligent meeting assistant platform, which leverages NLP and machine learning to automate customer-focused meeting tasks.

As an early team member, you'll have the opportunity to shape the development strategy and establish foundations for future engineering growth. The position requires expertise in Python and Django, with a focus on building scalable B2B SaaS applications. You'll be responsible for developing secure, well-tested features, managing API integrations, and working with machine learning models.
