As a Senior Data Engineer on the Data Platform team, you'll be at the forefront of deploying sophisticated AI models and building scalable data infrastructure. Your role will be crucial in constructing and maintaining real-time data pipelines using AWS Kinesis, while also managing a complex relationship graph with AWS Neptune. You'll work closely with the Research team, bridging the gap between advanced analytics and practical implementation.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of data engineering experience, with deep expertise in AWS services, real-time data processing, and graph databases. You should be proficient in languages like Python, Java, or Scala, and have a strong background in deploying ML models in production. Responsibilities For Senior Data Engineer
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI models in production, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
- Build and optimize real-time data ingestion and processing pipelines using AWS Kinesis
- Maintain and update heterogeneous relationship graph on AWS Neptune
- Work closely with the Research team to integrate data flows that support advanced AI analytics
- Develop robust data architectures for efficient storage, retrieval, and processing
- Implement data quality, security, and scalability standards
- Partner with various teams to align data engineering initiatives with strategic vision
Requirements For Senior Data Engineer
- 5+ years in data engineering with proven track record
- Solid experience with AWS services
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and real-time data processing
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in building real-time data pipelines using AWS Kinesis
- Proficiency with graph databases, specifically AWS Neptune
- Experience in deploying and monitoring machine learning models in production
