Senior Solutions Engineer

Avra, a cutting-edge AI company founded in 2024 by Bruno Alano (ex-OpenAI) and Viviane Meister, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their growing team. The company develops proprietary foundational AI models to help large enterprises make strategic decisions about SMEs across Latin America. Backed by MAYA Capital, Norte, André Street, Eduardo Pontes, and Sequoia scout, with technical acceleration from NVIDIA, Google, and AWS.

The Senior Solutions Engineer will be the technical bridge between Avra's innovative platform and some of Brazil's largest enterprises. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities, requiring someone who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients. You'll be involved from pre-sales through implementation, working closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure successful product adoption and evolution.

As an early member of this high-growth startup, you'll have significant influence on both product development and company culture. The role demands a unique blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and communication skills. You'll be responsible for technical consulting, client onboarding, API integration, and ensuring clients maximize value from Avra's solutions. Additionally, you'll contribute to product roadmap decisions based on client feedback and market insights.
