As a Cloud Support Engineer at AWS, you will leverage your engineering expertise to deliver high-quality technical solutions that help customers achieve their business goals. The role focuses on AI/ML and NoSQL technologies, working with AWS Services including Bedrock, SageMaker, DynamoDB and more.
You will:
- Dive deep into complex questions to find root causes and fulfill customer requirements
- Provide support through various channels (telephone, email, web/chat)
- Work closely with Technical Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Business Development Managers
- Engage with subject matter experts and AWS service development teams globally
- Have opportunities to develop & host training, create technical articles, present at AWS events
- Work in a follow-the-sun model with flexible scheduling (Sunday-Thursday, Monday-Friday, or Tuesday-Saturday)
