Cloud Support Engineer - Security

AWS is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer specializing in Security to join their team in Taipei. This role combines deep technical expertise in cloud security with customer-facing responsibilities. The position requires excellent Mandarin proficiency and intermediate English skills, as you'll be working with both local and international customers.

As a Security Cloud Engineer, you'll focus on compliance and security best practices, working with various AWS services including ACM, Cognito, Shield, Identity Center, Organizations, GuardDuty, KMS, Secrets Manager, and Cloud HSM. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality technical solutions, troubleshooting complex security issues, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
