Responsibilities For Data Center Engineering Operations Engineer, DCEO
- Serve as primary business interface with Colocation provider's technical and facility teams
- Supervise on-site Colocation providers and contractors
- Manage routine maintenance and emergency services for critical systems
- Generate change management requests & incident management tickets
- Engage in on-call responsibilities and respond to emergency situations
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues
- Establish comprehensive English documentation
- Maintain accurate Data Center infrastructure inventory
- Lead new build and expansion projects
- Assist in internal recruitment and onboarding
Requirements For Data Center Engineering Operations Engineer, DCEO
- Diploma or undergraduate degree in engineering-related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in facility management
- Proficient in mechanical systems (CRAC/CRAH, AHU, chillers, etc.) OR electrical systems
- Experience in major facilities incident management
- Bilingual verbal and technical written communication skills (English and Chinese)
- TOEIC 650+ or equivalent
- Deep attention to details and accuracy
