Machine Learning Engineer, Generative AI Innovation Center

The Generative AI Innovation Center at AWS is at the forefront of empowering customers to leverage AI technologies for transformative business opportunities. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll join a multidisciplinary team working on cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications. The role involves designing and implementing distributed training pipelines, fine-tuning state-of-the-art LLMs, and optimizing models for AWS's custom AI accelerators.

You'll be responsible for adapting LLMs for various languages, domains, and vision applications through continued pre-training, fine-tuning, and Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF). Working directly with enterprise customers and foundational model providers, you'll help solve complex business and technical challenges while developing tailored generative AI solutions.

AWS offers a comprehensive compensation package, including competitive base pay ranging from $129,300 to $223,600 depending on location, plus equity and sign-on bonuses.
